Last night and this morning we barely had any snow flurries and a dam cold wind out of the north. Now the warm wind is out of the south and it's snowing like crazy.

Warmed up enough to snow.. were suppose to be 8 above Tuesday..

It usually snows more when it's a little warmer out! Around the freezing point is when we get the most snow! And around zero and lower we get very little snow!

Why? I don't know and don't really think about it too much!

Well I don't know about the temperature part but South winds usually bring in Gulf of Mexico moisture.
When I lived out in Tom Green County, westerlies brought us moisture in from Gulf of California and Baja. That was about the only time it rained.
