Just thought everyone would like to know that ConAgra Beef Company has been sold to an investment group led by Mr. Gilette from Colorado. ConAgra will retain a 46% share in the new company that will operate under the name Swift and Company. As we understand it John Simons will continue to run the company and the headquarters will remain in Greeley, CO. (This information has been offically released to the media but some readers may not have heard about it yet)
