Common Sense Bale Feeder

Has anyone seen or used this bale feeder? I saw it at the Farm Fest website (you can go to this and scroll down a bit and see a photo):

I'm not a dealer or anything; it's made by a guy in South Dakota (and shipping to VA would be outrageous!). But I'm just tired of watching our bale feeders "self-destruct" after a year or so. Would appreciate comments if anyone's actually used one of these. Thanks! Gale
