Can you give a new born calf to much store bought colostrum? You are not sure if it has not suckled or even got enought of mom's milk in the first 12 hours.

how are you giving it? you can over fill a calf by tubing with anything, there is no such thing as too much colostrum, the problem is to fast.

you can generally tell if a calf has a full stomach by feel, if not sure go carefully
