Colostrum question....

I have a heifer due in a week or so.. The wife saw a milk thief on her tonight. I will move her tommorow morning. (I'm at work now) My question is, have I lost the colostrum production from her or is it produced in the last day of gestation ? Thanks

You should be fine as long as the thief is seperate now. They will make it a few days before and a few days after calving, so all should be well
