Have you seen any information or effects on this:
- Inter nasel vaccine being killed by sub zero air temp at time of vaccination?
- Sub Q injected vaccine being less effective due to sub zero cold stress following the vaccination?

Steve,
I'm unaware of any such info - but it might be out there somewhere.
In general, heat stress is a much larger concern, with regard to immune responses to vaccines - and increased likelihood of adverse reactions.
If daytime temps are above 85, and don't dip below 70 for at least 4 hours during the nighttime, there's a strong likelihood that cattle will not respond well, if at all, to any vaccinations administered - and there's a significant risk of actually killing cattle working them in temps above 85.
