Coastal Bermuda & drought

Will the coastal hay fields in central texas survive this drought? I was in Texas last August and noticed the non irrigated coastal fields in Callahan county were the only thing that had any green to it. Will these same fields put up new growth next spring or are these fields doomed to be re-sprigged?

They should come back .. I have some coastal fields and they are green ... We have mostly sand here u can dig down 3 foot and the Bermuda roots go down that far ...
 
yes they will come back with rain.we had a fire in our meadow as they was baling,an its coming back green even as dry as it is.
