looking through a club calf sale catalog, there are terms not used in the usual auction barn. definitions, please...
"a cool made heifer"
"freaky fronted"
"stout and really sappy"
"soft made"
"big bodied, and soggy"
also would you hesitate to purchase a bred '96 model cow that has been flushed? catalog says "averages 17 eggs per flush, with over 30 eggs in our tank".
do club calves have to be registered to show? what if it has a pedigree like
sire:meyer 734
dam:angus
bred to heat wave
?
thanks !
