Clover

Anyone have experience with clover?

Specifically Alsike Clover and White clover?

Would be most interested in information about using it in pastures.

We frost seed some but, it doesn't last for us so others will be more helpful I feel sure.

We had poor results from Alsike, better results from Ladino and other large whites. Best success with red clover. We frost seed, preferably on snow but that hasn;t been possible the last couple of years. Clover seems to be kind of a hit or miss kind of deal. One year it will really do great and the next year mediocre to poor. But if you have endophyte infested fescue, it's the cheapest and easiest method to help limit the toxicity.
