Another price advantage the Chinese have over western countries, is that they have siezed control of resources in developing countries in Africa and Asia, thus sourcing their primary products at a far lower price than western countries can source them, added to this, large scale corruption in these countries adds more cheaper products, for example, a license is issued for a quota of Rosewood in Namibia, once the quota is filled and shipped overnight to the port, they then fill the quota again and again, with no payment for the added shipments, and often bought illegally from criminal gangs who often fell trees in national parks. Similar scams exist for mined ores, coal etc often from mines which were siezed as collateral on loans from the Chinese government, who, unlike western countries never write of third world loans!
