MY RANCH IS IN A SUB-TROPICAL(HOT&HUMID)REGION IN MEXICO
I WANT TO MAKE SOME RESISTANT TERMINAL SIRES.I HAVE A
CHI BULL AND I'VE BEEN THINKING OF GETTING SOME CHARBRAY
COWS.HAS ANYBODY EVER HEARD OF THIS.

I don't see any reason it won't work, just make sure they have plenty of pigment.

of the Italians I prefer a Romagnola bull,we are several breeders in Mexico or continue with your Charbray cross, if you want to improve your replacement heifers cross them to a Simbrah bull and you will still have the enough Brahman influence for the sub-tropical area

I have done the Romagnola- Charbray cross, this cross is more beefy than using Chianina, we have a ranch near Tampico

I wish the CHI breed would just disappear before it messes up any more black herds in the US. I have never seen a pen of CHI cross cattle that didn't have a disposition problem. There are hundreds of other breeds that will do for a crossbreeding what CHI blood will do, yet people still breed these cattle. I know I'm not alone in my thinking on CHI's.
