> charolais cross hereford animal. I run a commercial herd and a registered herd of Charolais. We cross Charolais bulls with hereford cows and get a tremendous cross. WE wean calves as big as their moms on just pasture. You get a tan or yellow white face calf most of the time and we keep the heifers to go back in our herd because they are such a good cross.
