I have a chance to get some charolais cross heifers I think worth the money. Have always been scared of them for anything other than terminal crosses. Do any of you serious ranchers or cowfolks have opinions on what kind of momma cow they will make. Yellow brockles so i guess hereford or simmental in the mixup. Some ear and leather but out of Charlais bulls (sorry no epd or sire info). thanks

we have a lot of good cows that are half charolais. they will probably be good cows, breed them to an angus and make sure it is low birth weight. make sure you have lots of feed since they will mostly make some BIG mommas.

Thanks for answering. Guess this isnt a very popular momma cow with the ranchers on here. Thought more of you would have an experience of some kind with them even if bad. thanks again
