OP OP A Anonymous Dec 24, 2003 #2 It costs to be a CAB licensed feedlot. There's a licensing fee and some cattle have to be managed a certain way to meet the CAB criteria. I'd just assume that some feedlots don't think it's worth their time to be CAB certified?

OP OP A Anonymous Dec 27, 2003 #3 Check the total number of feedlots in each state. You'll find Kansas and Nebraska have many more feedlots of any type than Oklahoma Jason
