OP OP A Anonymous Jan 2, 2002 #2 Iowa State University. They are the centralized location, and all licenced technicians must go there once a year and get re-certified. The tech we use said it cost him many thousands of dollars to get trained and buy the computers needed to do the scanning. Good luck with your quest.
