CB or Marine Band?

Just wondering which is better a CB or a Marine Band( thats what we call them up here, dont know if thats actually what they are called). What do the cops use? I've heard that a marine band will also give you weather channels- is this true?

I think CB (Caustic Bruno), just might be able to carry a better tune then the "Marine" Band...... :lol: :lol:
