Why do you feel you had to tell me that? Everyone else was helpful in answering my post. Are you so mad at the world that you feel you have to make everbody elses bad? Is your yankee husband not giving you any or something? Im just interested in the state! Is that such a big deal with you? I have never asked this question before!! Please just tell me why you think you had to make a comment? Isnt this a Question Answer Board? So I like finding about texas, you havent noticed there are people on here from Texas and they can enlighten me on there state and whats it like. I havent had the funds to go there since I am only in college. Maybe if you would quit hiding behind that stupid alter ego of yours and tell everybody who you really are. And and I will not STOP :stop:

Texas= Around 3000+ per acre in highly populated regions. Only 200 per acre in unpopulated regions. Some of the lowest priced land in the country, and cattle thrive here.

Gonna ranch, Go To Texas.

I want some $200/ acre land that cattle will thrive on. I would like something that will handle 1 pair/ 2 acre. Tell where it is and I'll move in a heart beat. ;-)

Hey Copeman, I think it's hereditary. These kinds of responses seem to run in the family. Must be the old penis envy syndrome.

Hey these stats are skewed. I haven't reported my 2005 calf crop yet. I'm sure Florida will jump about 10 spots when I report.

boys, if you can stand the cold, 6 years ago you could buy land in north half of minnesota for that price. good fertile level land that has lots of grass. almost bought there ,but figured i would freeze. could have bought 800 acres for 200,000. don't know if it has gone up much since then

That would pretty nice. If I didnt have family ties here, and I was in a position to leave to go somewhere else I would check into that. Wulf & Sons Limousins is located up there in the land of 10,000 lakes

Thats a long way from the Texas heat 100 here today can't wait for August.

It was close to a 100 here today, but the humidlity is whats so bad. How is the humidity in Texas? I know that Florida is hot, when I was there about two weeks ago is was 100+ degrees but it didnt seem as muggy as these mountain summers. I can like that hot heat heat better!!
