Cattle Lice

I am an FFA member and I have 3 Black Angus heifers that are my SAEP(Supervised Agriculture Experience Program). These three calves have spots of hair missing on their necks and spots on their body. I was told that it was probably lice. I was wondering if you could send me a photo of what lice looks like on cows.
