Cattle INTO KANSAS?

Does anyone know the legal requirements as far as tests, shots, documentation paperwork required by law to move a herd of dairy cattle INTO THE STATE OF KANSAS?
Also, I have been advised to give every animal shots for shipping fever prior to trucking. How many days/hours prior to trucking is advisable? Anyone think shipping fever shots a bad idea? Appreciate any advice you can offer.
