Help Support CattleToday:
My professor asked this question for extra credit. Do you have any answers? Why do cattle always graze togetther in the same direction? Thanks for any help.

they will always graze into the wind, wether its to keep the flies off their face or if its a bull to keep track of who is bred

Also if I remember correctly cattle are social animals and there is a pecking order, so in some ways it is just following the leader!
