cattle dyes

I am a scientist and part of my studies include watching animals in their natural habitat. In the past, we have used Anibrand dye from Acton Technologies, which we were told was primarily sold as a dye for cattle. The company no longer makes the dye, and we know of no other company that does. Does anyone know of any other safe cattle dyes?
