This is a little old bt I hear the biggest ranch in Fla. is owned by the Morman church.

It's not just the biggest ranch in Florida, it's the largest ranch in the US in terms on number of cattle. And yes it is owned by the Mormans. It's called the Deseret Ranch. Florida has some large operations, but not many of the small operations like me. As a whole, small operations actually make up a huge chunk of the US production.
