castrating young bulls

when I castrated a young bull last week I think I only got one testicle.Its so hard for me to tell. If I only got one what do I do now? Remove elastic and try again? Any tips on removing the elastic? Thanks for any help you can give. My dad passed away recently and he usually did this. I helped him but never did it on my own.

we had that problem last year but we didnt know it at the time we were new at it too. when took them to get dehorned the vet fixed it it only cost 3or4 dollars. to us its worth it to let the vet do it right the first time
