ohiosteve you are right about pulling the testicles out so the cord tears. I cut the cord on one about 15 years ago and he bleed to death. It taught me a lesson and I have never made that mistake again. I have ate the leftover-sometimes called mountain oysters and they were pretty good deep fried like turkey.
