Can we talk post drivers?

Help Support CattleToday:

That is truly a man's driver there. I drive a lot of 10' posts with ours, I would not want to attempt it with that monster!

A fella in my Sunday school class works for the road department. I asked him what they drive sign post with. He said a little driver with an engine on it that runs off of propane. Never heard of that before. He said it'd drive any thing anywhere.

That thing is slick. Driving post kills my arthritis.

Has anyone on here used this propane driver before?

I've never seen one. I'll definitely look into it. I'm interested as well.
It doesn't look like much to me. It shows them driving t post and u channel . and it looks like it's driving them quite slowly. I would imagine they choose spoke soft ground as well. It hits quite slowly.
But it does claim 700 pounds hit.
I can absolutely assure you. It won't drive anything, anywhere.
With everything I said against it above . if it would drive 3 inch pipe in hard ground. Even if it was slow I would be looking into one. Would be perfect for small jobs and repairs.

Anyone used one?
