can anyone help post pics

does anyone know why i cannot post pics anymore. i used to be able to post pics but only pics upto 300kb. i had to use mobile camara phono to get these.all pics taken with my camera are mb which are to big to load. anyone have any idea how i can share my pics with you.

tried that the other day and no luck. uploaded pics from my computer to photobucket but then could not get from photobucket to forum.
