Calves & Flowers

The BlueBonnets and Paint Brushes have really come out since we got a little bit of rain.

Not sure what the offical name of this flower is but ppl around here just refer to them as Buttercups..

A BlueBonnet with a lot of white

And one that is kinda purple

And a very deep blue one too

Had 2 new calves...a bull calf and a heifer
BULL CALF --

HEIFER CALF --

Took some heifers and had them de-horned, bangs tagged, and blackleg
BEFORE (the red heifer)

Everytime we go out in the pasture the lead cow has to moo...

"Cliff Jr." is checking on the newest heifer...

This is "Rudy" the 1st few days after he was born his nose was just as red or bright pink as it could be..

K---my wife has always referred to those pink flowers as buttercups as well. Don't know what the "official" name for them is tho.
