I recently purchased a calve at a small animal auction, he seeems healthy but no w is developing small areas of hair loss aroung front legs? Please help, treatment?
Look real close at leg to see if it is lice or some other parasite. Otherwise, no idea assuming there has not been abrasion to scrape some of hair off. Vickie the Vet will probably have a better answer or some of the others.

> treatment? I keep a gallon of warbex pouron on hand it is a little expensive but it will take care of parasite infestations and helps with fly control.But the cattle usually rub around the head and neck the legs seem a little odd to me.Maybe Vickie will post on this.
