Calve with skin disease

I have a 2 week old heifer calve that seems to have some kinda of mange or skin disease. All of her forehead seems to be missing all of her hair. It's just skin, it looks redish almost like she's been trying to itch it against something. She's out of a first time heifer, she was too big so I had to pull her out. Would that have anything to do with it? I live in North East Texas and it's been really wet lately could that also affect her?

How long ago did it start? When was the last time everything was poured for lice?

Really wet conditions could mean rain scald, or rain rot.

Could be.... Lice, ringworm, warts, hypotrichosis, photosensitivity, or even a fever.
