calf staggering and falling down

Have a three month old calf, been bottle feeding. she has been doing real good the last two months,but now for the last few days she don't want to eat and she keeps falling down every time she get up. we help her to stand up and she just staggering around till she falls down again. does anyone know whats wrong with her. I need HELP.

Without seeing the calf it could be a mineral or vitamin deficiency, such as thiamin, or could be infectious, such as meningitis, or parasitic or toxic. Call the vet! They'll do a full physical exam, may do a fecal sample, bloodwork etc. It may be too late to save this calf but it's worth a try!!
