Bull Semen in Bulk?

Hello All,

I am an outsider that has zero knowledge on cattle or bull semen.

However, recently my boss acquired a connection for bull semen from Eastern Europe

Currently we have access to 120k doses of Holstein, Simmental, and Hereford Bulls, each.

We are looking to sell the semen in bulk (5000 or more)

Can anyone know where I may begin my search for buyers?

Sounds like you need to know if what you got is worth someone buying.

biggest problem is that breeders in this country will most likely not be real familiar with the genetics from Eastern Europe....
so they will not know if it trash or treasure.

I know for a fact that you are going to have a really hard time competing with US genetics on cost and still turn a profit. I played that game with some folks from NZ a few years ago and none of us could ever figure out how to make it competitave and that's not including the salesemanship involved with selling genetics that are completely unknown to buyers that already know what they want to see from local genetics.
It can be done, but I think you're going to need climbing gear to get up the side of the learning curve.

Why don't YOU repackage them in 10 per package and sell them on the internet.
Are they gender selected leftovers?
How much are you offering 5.000 Holstein for? (US dollars )

As the old saying goes: It pays to advertise!
Try investing $10,000 or $20,000 in advertising and see how it goes.
