Bull critique

[Lazy M]

February yearling simangus pretty average EPDs, but I liked his phenotype. Good individual performance (78 lbs BW/ 780 lbs WW). I just bought the bull pending BSE.
Any thoughts/critiques?

Seems to be well balanced bull. I like his depth all the way through the middle, nice smooth shoulder and plenty of beef in the hindquarter.

Besides feet, makes them look deeper but this one is sufficiently deep from the looks of it. Nice bull, wbvs58 nailed it.

I heard that they like to do that because it makes them look longer. I understand that for full grown bulls but I think it doesn't work for younger bulls that are shorter in stature already.

Well balanced, nice topline, long and thick. I like him quite a bit.
