Brucellosis testing

I have just taken blood samples from 285 cattle (that had been previously vaccinated with R19 and/or RB51) to be tested for brucellosis and the results showed 47 positive to card test.
I retested the 47 positive at another place and only 5 came out positive with the card and rivanol tests.
I am very confused about these results. ¿Is there any information you can give me about the reliability of these tests? ¿Is there anything you can recommend me to do?

I'd contact either the state Vet. College or state/federal Veterinarian (I don't know what you have there)to get the answer. They should have the definitive answer. In Canada, your whole herd would be slaughtered for having anything test positive, so I'm sure there is an accurate test. There are differences between labs on screening tests (card test) but antibody titres are usually 100%....Good Luck
