Sure hate to see one blow up in the chute
when I was dogging steers I seen more bronc riders hurt in the chute than from getting thrown

That is so true, in that darn chute the rider is very vulnerable. We had a local rider break his back about 13 years ago in that very situation. Now he is in a wheel chair for the rest of his life and he was a true cowboy before the accident.
