I don't want to get into breeding British whites my daughter just really wants one! She has loved cows for the longest time now and has fallen in love with them. So I was just wondering what there temperament was like and if they make good pets? Well, not really a pet like a dog but you know. Are they gentle and calm so it will be easy for her to take care of or would another breed be better?

They are the most laid back cattle I have ever owned in thirty years of dealing with cattle. They are actually affectionate, and love attention.
