I purchase 2 Black White Face at auction at 7& 8 months.
Did not get a Black White Face. One Red Baldy and one solid red with red eyes.
Should I breed with a Black Angus
or look for a Black Baldy?
If bought and had vet take care of, is there a difference in the attitude of the cows? Other then having a bull on site.

The reason for the red calves is because the bull was either red or had a red color gene. Some baldy cows will through solid calves.
Get a registered black Angus bull with out the red gene, the calves will be black. The one balsy will probably still throw a solid colored calf.
Don't really understand the last part of your question othe then all cows have different dispositions, just as people do.

Breed to a Reg. Black or Red Angus.
For the first calf use a high accuracy, low Birth Wt. EPD.
Preferably 98% or 99% accuracy.
