breed up on Colonel heifers

For those who have used Baldridge Colonel, how is the breed up on his heifers? EPD is dismal IMO. I know a LOT goes in to whether or not a heifer gets bred, but with bottom 5% ranking at ~60% accuracy, it makes me wonder if there is something to it. Wouldn't mind keeping some heifers out of him, but if I were to use him, looks like you can't go wrong if you use him as a terminal sire.
