Breed of cattle

There is a farm outside of Napa, California. My question is that I have never seen this type of cow before. They come in two colors, black and brown, but their middle section is white on both. Just wondering what type of cow they are.

If beef Belted Galloway dairy Dutch Belted. May be a cross of one of the belted breeds with some other solid color breed.
