Does anyone have a link to some up-to-date studies comparing breed attributes? Such as maturity age, milk production, weaning weight, etc. I keep finding older studies, or ones that don't compare enough breeds. Thanks!

There is a reason you only find it older studies. Breeds at one time were fairly uniform. Today you can buy just about anything you want within one breed. IMO
I also think the choices are going to be even greater as DNA research progresses.
