With the 2.3 million brands of vaccines out there, what do you use on pregnant cows and calves on cows.

We have been using Triangle 9 and Lepto 5 and pilligard for pinkeye and we alternate the pinkeye every year. Everytime I get a new book from Jeffers there's a new vaccine brand on the inside front cover.

Tri 9 has been around forever, very safe Killed vaccine - but, it probably is only giving you protection for a few months. If it's working, great.
I use a MLV - vaccinate all cows prior to breeding, vaccinate calves around 4 months old (with necessary boosters) and again at weaning time.
Cows & heifers get Lepto spring & fall & dewormed 2X year.

We us Novartis Virashield 6 + VL5 on the breeding cattle in the fall. All the calves also get this pre-weaning and after weaning.
All cattle get Ultrabac 8 three times a year(mainly for Redwater in our area).
Calves get Mu-Se at birth and then all bred females get it in the fall.
We will be using a pinkeye vaccine this spring on everything, leaning towards the Boehringer vaccine.
We also worm twice a year, pour-on in the spring, injectable in the fall.
