Gatorade was developed as a sports drink to replenish carbs & electrolytes. Not sure where you're located but it's sold in 80 countries & can be purchased online. Personally, I think your best bet is to keep packages of electrolytes on hand. I generally use Re Sorb. Sorry, I don't have any home made recipes.
