Bottle Calf

Thanks for the advice on the bottle calf. She is doing well. Eating good, coat is slick and growing. Now I see that she has oozing of something out of one of her ears( kind fo puss looking). She act healthy but I don't know what this ear thing is.

Any suggestions?
