Have a bottle calf that has bloated. He has been tubed with mineral oil, taken off all feed and stayed unbloated for a several days, but now he is back to bloating. The air is let out of him about everyother day. Any other sugggestions, wanting to say away from putting a plug in him, we're able to get the air out of him with a bloat hose. His feed has not changed, he's on regular old prairie hay and calf pellets since he was 2 months old, no longer giving him milk, has been weaned off that for about a month now. He is now about 5 months old, and this is when the bloat started. Is there anything else you try? Though about therabloat but figure it wont do anything different than the mineral oil.
