While your theory is plausable I would hate to be on the otherside trying to sell the idea.
1. You are trying to reinvent the wheel. We already do a good job of suppling those markets. When the border reopens that is.
2. Capital dosn't flow freely into mature markets.
3. Canada is not very friendly to business . Taxes are too high I have heard and the environmental issues like in the U.S. are problematic.
I think there will be pressure in the next ten years to the American cattle industry as we know it but I don't necessairly see the Canadians in any better spot. I could of course be wrong???????
