body condition scores in milk cows

We had beef cows and my first impression of milk cows is somebody needs to fatten those girls up! Now I know better...but I am wondering is there a guideline for body condition score like there are for beef cattle?

We have one OLD Jersey (12-13) who is so thin. She is 45 days from calving and we give her all the good hay she will eat. She has a protien/ mineral bucket and salt. She also gets probably a gallon and 1/2 of sweet feed a day.

We wormed her in November and just did it again.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I know there is a scoring system out there.... so much for mammary system, feet and legs and a few other things that im not sure of.

That might help, usually feed/legs, udder like mentioned, and volume
