Have you ever seen a new born calf with blood-shot eyes?

I have a new born with bloody-red eyes where the white should be. There are also tear drops rolling down her cheeks. As far as I can tell, she can see.
Do you know what could have caused this problem? Will it clear up by itself?

My husband said that when he got to the momma cow (first time mother), the calf's tongue was 3-4 inches out. He pulled the calf when the momma cow pushed, and the calf popped out. It wasn't a hard pull.

Thanks

It's just birthing stress. Probably took a little longer than necessary and was squeezing the stuffy out of the little bugger. It's a mighty small hole to come through.
