Given quality feeds and Hay at proper proportions, how long will my bull calves grow/ when are they fully grown?

Cattle grow until they about four years old. Our Angus bulls come off performance test as yearlings between 12-1300 lbs. If they don't get proper nutrition early, they won't express their full growth potential.
