Soo, now that you can water the area, what about the soil compaction? Also, as the seeds germinate and begin to grow, driving over them will kill the plants.

Nope. We got rain finally. If I do need to irrigate, her well is 80ft deep and water table is 10 ft right now

try mounting a ten foot stick of pvc to the end of that ball valve,then drill some small holes into that pvc. This will allow you to create some sort of pressure and cover more area at one time.
