Best pasture grass

What is the best pasture grass for the Southeastern United States? I have Brangus cattle and would really like to start getting my pasture into good shape.

Dun's answer was very good! We don't know if you get alot of rain or a little! If your pastures are flat or rolling! If you have shade or none!

I like Bermuda and other's swear by Byhia grass, so in many ways it will be what the person likes or dislikes that you are speaking with at the time!

Between your county agent and your Natural Resources Office you should get some very good advice for your needs! They know and understand what works the best in your area!
