We are just starting to aquire enough cattle to keep part of the hay cut on our fields. It is mostly fescue and some bermuda. Which is the best cutting to keep? Thanks for the help now and given in the past.

Don't know about burmuda, but with fescue I prefer 2nd or later. No seeds and that's the part of the plant with the highets endophyte levels.
